Verified locally on 2026-10-12T14:51:38.370Z using the pinned public DFM engine 0.3.0 and current Verge field-draft parser.

- Baseline reports fail and names harvest-3; deferral reports pass and zero lost links.
- Repeated calculation preserves exact baseline input checksum.
- Included field draft is accepted; it carries no review/authority grant.
- Seven synthetic permission cases pass; missing soil measurement/estimate stays null.
- DFM web GeoJSON and Landscape Package inputs are explicitly separate.

Not executed: actual GSIP ingest/QA/model estimate, farmOS browser import in this packet, Verge application save/independent review, production connectivity, ecological validation, real contributor first use, full project test suites. Prior farmOS backend validation is historical supporting evidence, not this packet execution. GSIP July deployment handoff is dated and cannot prove current runtime readiness.

The local visualization embeds actual calculation results; it makes no service requests. Browser scenario switching verified: proposed harvest shows FAIL; deferral shows PASS.
